Quest Error in Apoline

In the server Apoline, there's a bug for the quest "Secret of Golden Hill 3".
When I get to the accept or not part...it doesn't show the wording "Accept the Quest" or "Do not want to accept the Quest"...rather it shows "="

Here's how it looks like:
