i just made a new character thts a cleric in the new server but ive never used a clerice before. What should i increase its stats in?

Go 1:1 end/spr until you get 25 spr. Stop at that and go full endurance from now on. Best solo and support build available imo.
With Divinity, our passive, you'll only have 100-200 less SP than a cleric you're level anyways - but you will have 200~ more HP and 5-10 points of defense and block rate.
Up to you to decide, but I find 25spr/full end is the best way to play.
Good crit rate, high hp/def/block, high sp.
What more could you ask for?
Oh and yes - Block > Evade because you have a shield, Stone Skin buff, and End increases block/def rate. That means END > DEX. It provides much more than you could ask for. Unless your going hammer and refusing to scroll.
