Ok..So here's the story of the Hellgait 2h sword...

aiight so we killed helga right???...

I got the helga 2h, the party was in seq. allocation.....

so the guild decided that the weps are for the guilds disposal...

So...my thing is, I told them that i would let the certain fighter from the party of my guild that was part of the helga raid use it as long as they'd credit me for its ownership...

and they said yes ok...

and I gave that certain fighter the helgait 2H...

after I did, I got kicked out of the guild with my helgait 2H on their possesion...

o.0...

so the question is, can any GM, CSR, ADMIN blah blah blah of FIESTA tell me if its an act that can be dealt with their supervision?

since im pretty sure i was loyal to that guild and because of the HELLGAIT 2H this happened...

so yea...

I dont think they can do anything about it lol, you gave it to them willingly. And then they kicked you from the guild, it isnt like they scammed you or anything.

I suppose this is not the complete story, I mean, obviously, helga weps have to be distributed between guild members, you already had an axe, they probably kicked you because you did not cooperate, and you already had an axe, and as far as 24 has said, they are distributing the helga weps, maybe you did not want to give that 2h, thus they kicked you.

I'd suggest speaking to the leader of your guild regarding the player. If your story is the entire story, I'm sure your guild leader will want to know what kind of people are in his guild. If this is not the entire story well...perhaps its time to search for a new guild.

In the future though, if you want to keep a weapon, never lend it out. Not to anyone for any reason.

yea i know but i have a proof that its an agreement broken, and im wondering what the FIESTA officials can do about it...

No offense, but I can see why they banned you lol. It's only fair that the helga weapons get passed around in your guild. You had an axe but yet you didnt want to give the 2h to another guildie. Sorry for losing the 2h, but I think that they trusted you as a guildie to share the drops, giving not lending, and you didn't comply with them so they banned you.

Lol. Those screens says it all. 24 said he was gonna give weps to every fighter in the guild, same with the mage weps, he even appointed who was gonna get the next wep. I suppose, that, you were not willing to give the 2h, and that WAS the plan the whole GUILD made. Since you were not willing to give the 2h, and you already had the axe, they might have found that as a "you're not being loyal to the guild's plans" thus they kick you o.o. Like, BIIR got weps but they distributed them all around, it doesnt matter who got it, its who was "next in line to get a wep" you already got one, you just wanted one more.

Thats the key point and the reason why they banned you, you were saying it was yours, in reality it was the GUILD'S wep. I don't think they liked the fact you were pushing the issue about" the 2h is mine ". What is yours, is the axe, because that was the wep appointed to you.

Their first raid 2 weps dropped. The master appointed the axe to jillicious. Can I ask which fighters were at the first raid? and were you the only one capped?

I'm afraid the shots are blacklisting. If you all agreed to share the weapon, then its not 'yours' its 'Mighty_Armys'. You made an agreement and they expected you to hold to it. However if you truly feel that you were scammed you are welcome to send a report. Click the submit a ticket link in my siggy and then select 'contact a CSR'.

I do feel though, that this is an issue that needs to be discussed with your guild master and not the rest of the forums. So from this point, I'm going to close the thread. If you have any questions about how to fill out a ticket feel free to PM me. :)
