Yeah, I fought a Smart Phino in Forest of Tides. My question....whay was it there? What makes this happen? Here's a snapshot:

Oh and then later.....I was in town and when i went through the street Skill master Ruby is on....I was under the ground. I don't have a snapshot of that, but was that just me, or was it happenening to other people? I was in Teva server.

The Smart Phino's have always been in Forest of Tides.
