..To be honest, I'm not even sure monsters can drop weapons. x_x;; Then again, I'm REALLY unlucky..so..

Monsters do, greens though. And the drop rate is obscenely low - armor as well.
I realized I didn't answer the question so... anything around level 20 will. xP

most weapons are store bought, But RARE greens can drop ive seen a pair of boots drop Lv 15 boots off a ratman, and seen a Rare monster and killed him got a Lv 15 sword

I got a lvl 30 mace off a piggy bat in teva.. but haven't seen a weapon drop since :p
