Connect Update server failed

Hi,
i just downloaded the game and installed it and when i got to the launcher it says "Error Connecting to update server: (10106, 'getaddrinfo failed')

i redownloaded the latest client many times already and it still gives me this error and i also reset my comp like a few times already.

when i closed it it told me to go C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.log' for details

I also made my Zonealarm firewall to allow it but it still doesnt work and im pretty sure the servers are online.

and also im pretty sure that my computer is compatible and its windows xp professional.

Most other games work like Rakion and 2moons and Wolfteam.
