Why does no one seem to have an answer to this problem :(

Ok so I've looked around and quite a few people are having this problem and I haven't seen an answer yet. Either they can't run the outspark launcher or it stops running as soon as they bring it up.

Unfortunately I am having the same problem. Before I was missing a file which I fixed by downloading the fiesta patch and sharp launcher. But now I just can't start the launcher. I don't know if it's just because I have vista or what. I do know fiesta worked on my computer before and it just suddenly stopped working. It's been like over 2 weeks now and looking through the forums I see that I am actually missing the outspark launcher file. So how do I get the file back or what else can I do?

And for all you people who are going to tell me to re download it and install >.< I've tried over 4 times. The next would be just plain frustrating....

Yeah I have heard of this problem a lot in the forums.And about you ticket info,its kind of surprising,doesn't it say that a CSR would contact you ? Was it like suppose to be 48 or 72 hours ? I forgot

It was suppose to respond in 2 days. But CSR is working hard to find solutions to everyones problem. Currently I am working on my problem to get it fixed so I will let you guys know if I fix it. :\ I think I got somewhere with the 3weeks I've been working on it.

how i can know wich files missing...? to take a pic of each folder ??? ..
by the way... me too have that problem... but i think this start happen when there was an upgrade or something... because before this was working to me the game...

Well by looking at previous threads and how to fix different situations I found out I was missing the outspark launcher that is suppose to be in the add and remove program list. Also the sharplauncher. But I don't know if that will solve the problem though....

true it could be the curret outspark update but they should try fixing the glitch im want to restart playing fiesta real bad

My friend had this problem too, when she tried downloading the game via Internet Explorer 7. Then she tried using Firefox instead, and it helped. Her game is working just fine now.

If there was an update, it didn't work. I'm still having problems with getting the outspark launcher. I even deleted my old installer and downloaded the installer from the Fiesta website, and there was no difference at all.

I am sorry for letting this post thingy get out of sight but the solution for most of you. Ask yourself can you install or un install the program completely? If not then we will go from there. If so we will also go from there.

i had this problem a few months back. the sharp launcher file is missing but it still shows up on the program list is what happened with mine. basically the file is gone but the comp reads it as being there and will not reinstall/fix anything because it cant read it. what i had to do was was download a program called CCleaner that will allow you to take the files out without using windows to do it. if you take out the files with that and then uninstall the rest you should be able to reinstall fiesta after that. if i misread things and this is a different problem then sorry. kinda tired and i feel my eyes arent working right.

mine cannot log in when 105 reached Fiesta. Ive been posting about this problem, most of them come out with "try to re-install it"
but tried 2 times already. None happen?

Check your antivirus quarantine,it turns out kaspersky ultimately decides what's good or bad for me..o.o,i didn't get any notice,weird,try checking that and adding fiesta to exclusion list.

this problem used to happen to me but i opened up launcher another way. on a vista computer
1. hit the start button
2.go to all programs
3. scroll down to outspark
4. click fiesta and this worked for me.
