New and I don't quite understand

I've read alot of the stuff on SoS but i still dont really understand.

I'm not to sure on the different types of characters. The definitions are a little vague for my liking.

I am also waiting for the program to finish downloading, so I don't know, but does everyone look the same, or can you customise them?

Fear not!
The Classes on the game follow a basic RPG (Role Playing Game) varitey of classes.

Fighter - These vary, dependant on the user.
Primary purpose is to take damage, having the largest Defense, although some people have noticed they arn't always "Tanking", so jack up the Power Stat instead for some mean damage.

Rogue - Similar to Fighter in some aspects, although cannot tank as well. Low Damage but also a low Weapon delay, meaning attacking alot more frequent, also the Rogue has a high Accuracy stat, meaning it almost never misses. The final Feature of a Rogue is that most of the attacks aimed at it (If Agility is high enough) Will miss.

Magician - High Damage, low everything else :3
Typical Black Magic users, able to cast spells which do more then Physical damage to some extend, but once the MP reserve has ran dry, completely useless.

Acolyte - The Healer. The only support job from level 16 (Not including Predictors), main purpose is to simply heal party members, although has a damaging spell.

CB? I dont recall getting an invite.... i think its only because I have all the system requirements.... I'm not even sure if it'll work, the client is only 54% loaded.... ^^;;

Ya only people who are invited get into the CB its a random invite by email it probably wasn't sent to ur inbox

that's funny... i don't even know sos was even a closed beta game and i just sign up for the game. hahaha... until recently i realised i got myself into a closed beta game which i got no idea what it is until i read in the local paper that some people are even willing to pay for the invitation...
