In the game, I can't find that turorial guide who is supposed to help you to level 10. I'm so lost, and when i asked for help nobody helped, and one guy just laughed.
Does anyone know?

She's in Arcarinas Square. She is standing somewhat near the center wearing PINK and have candy-like hat. The NPC name is the SoS Guardian.
If you have trouble, ask the people around there to show you where she is. She's not hard to find at all. :)
