I was about to use a skill scroll when I accidentally used an Elderine scroll. I don't know where to purchase a Rumen scroll. Anyone mind telling me where I can get one?

the best way is to do some quest. and i'm pretty sure someone will sell it to you

If you are under 10th level ( so you don't lose exp) and want to get to Roumen fast, then just get yourself killed in Forest of Mist. It will send you to Roumen. :)
