hair trouble!

I've been seeing ppl with new hair colors "red" and style "pony tail"
but when i try making a new char i cant seem to find the new stuff? ne one else having this trouble?

Its a confirmed bug, GMs are already looking into this.

the pony tails are CB chars... the red hair is a bug...
