help plz!I download the game and start the launcher bt when i fill in my id and password and press login,the game does not lauch and i try more then once

Was your log-in icon fully lighted up or transparent and sort of grayish?

There are only two probability that comes to mind.

1: Your launcher has not yet been fully updated with all the necessary files to launch the game client.

2: Second guess is that an error occurs when attempting to access the update server and had an operation timed out due to the lack of internet speed connection. Just exit and try relaunching the game again.

If these are not the case, please elaborate and specify your question furthermore within the next reply, or even better, a screenshot.

The possibility of the firewall blocking the access to the SoS client server is most likely or so assuming.

Try disabling the firewall if you happened on have one that is currently active.

calm down, this has happened to me. all you have to do is manually configure the antivirus programs that are trying to protect you comeputer from an unknown source. just make the antivirus program permit it, and it will aloow the connection to go through

have you checked that you have all the system req? and if its not that, then try either redownloading it or restarting your computer and giving it some time to warm up, like wait for it to finish checking updates and stuff

help i try to log to sos in but all i get is check your name and password error 401 its really frusterating but i just created my account today where do i get the updated needed?

I had been playing SoS for like 2 weeks and ever since the new patch, I can't play because my client won't download the new patch. It just says downloading patch at the bottom left and it never downloads it. I'm not even getting any transfered data, so it's like it's not even trying to download the update. What's wrong? anything I can do? or can I update client some other way?
