I've seen responses from GM's and CL's stating that you are allowed to have multiple accounts. I believe there is a section in the ToS about it.

You're even allowed to plvl yourself, as long as you use 2 computers to play your alt on.

Yes, you are allowed to have multiple accounts. Like Plushii said, the only rule is that they must be played on different computers if you are using more than one account at the same time. The only reason that is a rule is because you would have to manipulate the game client in order to be able to play 2 accounts on the same computer at the same time, and THAT is against ToS.

Back in the day, you used to be able to play 2 or 3 copies of fiesta at the same time on the same computer. You'd just open the launcher 2 or 3 times then alt+tab between them. It made overnight vending suh-weet. xTrap took that away though :(

If having multiple accounts is illegal, then at least half of the fiesta community is effed.
So, I'll just assume that it's wrong, and that having multiple accounts is allowed.

Yes, you are allowed to have multiple accounts. I believe what you are hearing about is account sharing which is a different matter.
Account sharing is multiple users on one account. That is not allowed. However, you can have as many accounts registered to OS as you want as long as you are the only one using them.
Hope that cleared it up :)
