I'd use the "Search" feature to find your answers.. but to flog dead horse #49..
1) GM Events
2) Treasure Chest in the game
3) From other players.

during game play, you might see some yellow announcements. especially the "Find the GM" event. Also, check in the events forum (whenever it is updated) to see what's going on.
