Well, first off, have you downloaded the Game Client? If not, get it from 'ere~

After installing this (If you can download it), install it, then load it up.
Hopefully it'll ask for you're user and password, enter these, resulting in it dumping you on the charcters screen.
Here you can select which character you want to play with, and make/deleat characters. For now, just click on create, once finished you should be able to enter that character in the game world.
You get that? ;D

Also, once the game is started, please please please read all the text the NPCs say. Many upper levels are willing to help people that ask but many answers to quest can be discovered in the dialog box.
Saying this does not mean I won't help you, so feel free to ask any questions you have. I think me and Fad are both very willing to help as much as we can.
