someone told me there is a website that can give you red hair... and that its from japan...i thought it was from cb1 lol so was she telling the truth?

Whoever told you that is wrong, unless they wanted you to download a keylogger or other. The red hair is a random glitch that is happening on the servers, and cannot be 'forced' in any form, no matter what you download or do. Do not trust that a download or some 'technique' will get you the red hair.
