1 my dearest friend just got hacked his name is ShadowBeam we are senting a report as we speak but be carful for blue axe +9 calonius_x lic on it and godly +8 leaven shirt 40 end 30 dex 11 int i belive

he started a trade and some how froze and called me on msn almost crying saying he cant control his mouse in a trade he lost those only things he had and his gold so be carful epithian we have something new fear -.- any gm plz post how to report this bug/hack w.e plz and ty

Yo that hacker bish will pay D< Ppl have to watch out for noobs that are buying ur stuff. Never trade a noob unless u know his main. These hackers are getting better and better >_< but we'll try to get Shadow's stuff back

He's not blacklisting, he didn't name the person that took the items. He only named person that lost items and axe with lic name :)

I just met Shadow lastnight when doin navars. Hes a nice guy, hopefully he'll get his stuff back. I'll be keeping an eye out for the stuff he lost.

hmm.....just recently i saw a +8 leaven top today on my cleric, same stats...in uruga close by the uruga stairs to Cheif Adrien, sadly i didnt know this happened until later and couldnt get a screen shot of it sorry. D: but ill keep and eye out and when i do ill let you know.

Like others have said the best thing for your friend to do is to submit a ticket and deal directly with the CSRs. If your friend has any pictures of the items before they were taken, or a picture of the trade he should submit them.

The more details your friend can provide in the report, the easier it will be for Outspark to identify the issue and if possible, take measures to prevent it in the future.

I had one like that in Uruga the other day

Was asking for L70 Archer gear and said his Alt had 4gem but his mom was about to call him to bed and he'd pay when he could log onto his alt, if I'd read this before I would've noted his name but he definately couldn't speak English very well.

Look out for noobs in PJs in Uruga

O_O game froze... and couldnt control mouse??
wow. Game frozing not surprise to me, happened few times, but mouse out of control o.o
But wait, even if mouse out of control he/she can simply force quit game (by shuting down pc<--- for example).... or he/she used this method?

I mean... If u not complete trade and dc or log out, your items still be in your hands....
