I don't think there is...a big patch won't come on until April--at least to my knowledge.
I even checked the calender for you. :D

If there is a maintenance, Outspark would announce it close to 10:00pm Outspark Time, which is Pacific Time.

there is a maintenance every single week at exactly the same time
the only time there isn't is if there is an important fix that can't be patched until the following day (a la last week) - always assume there is a maint on tuesday at 10pm pacific
