How to change the Avi?

I made an avi for myself but can't seem to find out how to add it or use it on this form.
All I see is this (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v294/ekairi/Aviscreenshot.png) when I click the avi settings.

T_T its like the forums isn't going to allow me to use one at all.
