so, i see lots of things in threads (or at least, i see the same 3 things lots of time), so i thought, i wonder if it's possible, with the exception of this first post of course as it needs to lay out the challenge - can a thread at outspark exist without the words "nerf" "unbalanced" "Cash Store" (or the close approximations of them. Or without someone complaining about being killed in a pvp area (i'm looking at you abyss)...
whenever bk's or helgaits come up, 'unbalanced' does too, and nerfing, and everyone's always saying that spark cash makes the game unbalanced and so on and so forth.
now, i have no specific topic in mind, so knock yerselves out - keep it clean, and flame free - and don't use any of the above terms!!
let's try an "i'm okay today thanks" type thread, for the 90% of players that don't sit here and cry and whine about things because it doesn't let them sit on top of they pyramid. if everyone in the game had exactly what they wanted, it wouldn't be a game anymore, it would be a book, and we can read those in private !!
i bet you can't keep the thread going without breaking the rules - it will either just die, or you'll cave

Maybe this is better suited to 'offtopic' then?
The three things mentioned are important topics to players, which is why they are a regular occurance. It can become tiring, though, I agree.

you know i'm just messing around, lols, cause yer a reg - but it brings up the point that the 4 issues peopel have can be 4 threads, or even 1, not 96.
i've heard nothing but the 'n' word (smurf before you assume bigotry) all day for like 2 weeks, on the forums, and in game - and the only thing it makes me think of is a 40 year old guy trying to sound cool and hip and with it with his teenage kids :>

lol...
ya fair 'nuff.
It's just the nature of the forums though. And IG. Lots of people, lots of questions, lots of opinions, all thinking they're special snowflakes XD hahaha. I guess it keeps the forums alive? Uhhh... trying to think positive XD
It's funny, sometimes I say IG terms, or just gaming/internet terms in general, and people are like "what... are you saying..." when it's just natural to simplify terms being in the online environment - but not everyone online knows them. Even people IG don't know all IG or online terms, which is funny because you assume everyone has the same level of understanding but it's not true at all D: And no, I'm not some 40 y.o. trying to look cool and hip hahaha. I just use certain terms for humour and quickness.

For the 40ish people, some of the chats in game are somewhat hard to follow due to the IG terms being used...
I often need to translate, being a bit more versed in that vocabulary than others in my household :)
But that is normal and expected, the vocabulary changes with time.

I think that the aformentioned terms should be added to the language filter :D
