Kingdom Quests are not working and are saying cannot find kingdom quest.

It's not a bug. You have to be in the alloted time for example
If a KQ starts at 5:00 you can't start before 5:00

i know what you mean, its a bug. only A n B work for slime kingodm on teva as far as i know

No, today i've cleared my first KQ for king slime and that was H. I also faced the same problem at first, but then i tried to press "participate" button when there were already people in the list, so i was successfully listed as well as the others.
You can wait when there will be some initial group and then KQ will be "recruiting" new people for a bigger size group, then you will definitely be listed if you press "participate" button.
I think, you can't simply register yourself if KQ will start after 1 or 2 hours.
