as the tittle say i need some help on which skill should i empowered for Full end build tank.

Lower all your sp cost for all attack skills.

Cools on taunting moves, but also save them for higher lvl stun skills. Unless you don't plan to play for that long. In that case, sp is the way to go.

what does the taunting skill do, never really understood it?

taunt skill is skill that let u aggrrooo monster on ur self..and it keep attack u till u die or the monster die.
