Access to X-Trap patch server unstable?

I know there's already a thread here for X-Trap crashing and all but I wasn't sure if that's what mine was doing or not. It doesn't just stop, it gives me this error message:

I don't want to try reinstalling the game if that won't help so I wanted to ask first because that takes such a long time. >.<

I am having the same problem. I reinstalled the game and no luck so I dont suggest doing that. Still trying to find a way to get it to work. I have no clue. If anyone has any answers please reply and let me know how to fix it. Thank you.
