ei i have a question about licenses..^^

licenses give +crit right??

so if i put a ratman lic on my lvl50 hammer, and murder all the ratman at FoM...
would that still apply?

or it depends on the lvl of the weapon?
or depends on the lvl of the monster?

cause im only after for the crit, not the title..^^

so if you know, please tell me..^^ ill be happy to hear it...

I believe it only +'s the crit on that particular monster..

no...not the +crit to the monster...

youll see it in the crit rate...
like example:

hammer
damage:130-150
aim: 3
crit rate:3%(+1)<<<<< this one
attack speed: 0.3sec

something like that...

it adds to overall crit...

ive seen it.... but i want to know..^^

Yes.. I know about this subject.. because i spent a ton of time exploring it..

If you complete a license.. it give your weapon + to Critical hits.. on ALL monsters...

You only get ONE bonus to crit.. no matter how many licenses you fill..

the amount of bonus, depends on the level of the monster the license is for.

hiya Kemuri ^^..my friend told me that he couldnt gain any % on the license when he hit ratman (grey name color to him)..lolx

ratman lic max % of dmg added is 35 % at 35% + dmg cant gain crit... in fact lic goes like this 15 20 25 30 35 40 50 60 70 80% + dmg... at 40 u get 1 crit 50 2 crit 60 3 crit 70 4 crit 80 5 crit.,... not all lic can goes up to + 80% dmg in fact i think harkan ogre n thing in cp max is 60% dmg +3 crit thing in uru elven ... (maybe concealed prison) can goes up to 80% dmg therefore +5 crit.... and i heard blue trumpy lic could goes up to +7 crit... but nobody i know maxed one....

Hmm, i got a weapon with license at 57% but still only add 15% dmg. Does that mean its going to be 15% when its completed also??

That 57% is 57% to the next level which should be 20% damage methinks.

Only certain licenses give the plus to crit chance.
Ratman isn't one of them.License's "max" out at different levels. Ratman maxxes out before it gets to the plus to crit stage.It maxxes out at Dominator, thus falling short of the crit bonus. ( see below)
Also once monster's turn grey to you they stop adding to the licenses level.So, a Ratman license on a 50 lvl hammer is a complete waste of a slot on the hammer.

(monster name) Killer - Obtained when a weapon with (monster name) license is equipped. Damage: +15%

(monster name) Executioner - Kill The Monster 10 Times [Uncomfirmed] Damage +20%

(monster name) Eliminator - Damage +25%

(monster name) Assassin - Damage +30%

(monster name) Dominator - Damage +35%

(monster name) Destroyer - Damage +40%, Critical +1%

(monster name) Slayer - Damage: +50%, Critical +2%

so it depends on the license and not on chance? Like EVERY ratman license will end up at dominator when completed?
Damn...is there a list of which licenses will add crits...??
