hi everybody
i just want to know what are the usefull licenses to enhance my lvl 70 weapon
i don't want to put useless licenses on it
so thanks for your help

Blue Clover Trumpy seems to be the most popular one of them though as there is a Lv 70 quest that rewards with a Blue Clover Trumpy lic. Generally when you go to the BCT area there is usually a party there anyway dedicated to completing the lic so you can party up and complete the lic.
Another reason why its more popular is because it requires less kills than the other ones to complete so BCT is the way to go.
