Okay... this has been troubling me for a REALLY LONG TIME..
Where do you buy power scroll tier one? Is it from the item merchant?
Because the names are really weird..
I bought a tire 3 at Elderine -_-;;;...
(can you sell them?.. would you like to buy it? :D)
So whats the name?.. im pretty damn annoyed..
I spent like 700 fame on a power tier 3...
I never was into scroll production..
Im rambling.. :D..
Whats the weird name of the scroll for scroll production (power tier 1)
(im confusing myself)
Did that make any sense?

scroll production comes with power tier 1 trained as for buying the scroll to use (by buffing your power) buy it from people

I don't understand..
So when you first put yoru production things (2 of them), it doens't come with it right?
What I see from what your saying is to buy buffs... keep using buffs?
Then your'll be able to make scrolls? o_o...

ummmmm i'm having trouble with something, its the kingdom quest they wont let me join even when its the right time!! it just says "cannot find kingdom quest" anyone know why plz help i want too join a KQ!!!!:(

To the OP, I'm assuming you're asking where you get the scroll to learn Power Scroll Tier 1 for the scroll production skill.
To answer your question, you get it from Ruby in Roumen town. The scroll will be called Accuracy.

You can buy Power scroll (Tier 1) from Venders.
you can make those scrolls by choosing "scroll production" on your Production skill window.
The power tier 3 that your talking about is the first requirement on making tier 3 scrolls.. "it's like your skill scroll and right clicking it so your can use it".. you don't need it yet.. but u can sell it to other people if u need money....
