In-Game Bug Description: I had just died so I restarted and warped back to my tracker's save. When I got to my party, I tried to help kill a monster, believe it was a Starbear or Halloween Starbear. I could not use any skills even though my MP guage was full and I was not in the 'safe zone' at the end and beginning of each area. I was standing up when this occurred too.
Operating System: Windows XP Professional 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600
