login problems :O

hellu, i just installed the game and registered on outsparks homepage (obviously).
the thing is i cant seem to login to the game. it says i entered the wrong id or password. dont take me for an idiot, i know my password and id which i registered. im just wondering three things really.

1. do i have to pay or register a credit card or something to be able to login? (seems kinda fishy since its a "free game")

2. can/do i have to login with my registered email adress instead of my acc ID (ive actually tried but with no success due to my email adress being to long to fit in the typing box :S)

3. do i have to wait for a confirmation email or something like that in order to begin playing?

if the cause is something else please let me know :P

umm 1.) yes this game is completely free to play (just like last chaos, maple story, ect)
2.)is probably your problem you may need to make a quick alternet email that is shoter and re-register with that account
3.) honestly i dont think so, at least not to play the games, i know for the forums you have to

ok try #2 yes you do use your email and not your account

so when you get done make your character and join the server epith, give me your char. name and ill help you out, because the questa are a bit hard in the begginning

yo, thanks for the reply.
i tried doing as you said, made an alternate email adress with 18 letters
(thats the maximum amount that goes into the typebox) but it still doesnt work.

You can log in using your SparkID, you don't have to use your email address.

Did you have Caps Lock on when you tried to log in? Have you tried changing your password?

no capslock, and yes ive tried changing passwords (several times) =(
