Why she's been blocked?

Dear Game Master:

I'm a citizen of FiestaOnline in the Server Apoline.

A good friend of mine,she was been blocked after the Game Maintenance in10.22.2007

She just used her another character sold goods in Elderine.Then she has goon to sleep.When she got up,the Server has been down for game maintenance and her character has been teleport to a place she's never been.

After the she find her Account has been blocked.

All of us can't understand why couse she did nothing except selling.

We are Chinese but NOT GoldFamer，we just play for fun and enjoy the happy time in FiestaOnline.

My friend's Account is : piaowu
Server is : Apoline
She played character names" wuyue "when she was blocked

Please help us , we are waiting for her to play with us.

If she must to be Blocked, please tell us why.. at least...

I would advice reviewing the terms of use, they are usually very similar to other games.
So things like purchasing gold from third party websites or any kind of activity with them will be regarded as breaking their policy which could result in consequences.

When "her character has been teleport to a place she's never been" did she do anything in the new place?

In some games a tactic to find botters is to teleport them to a different place and test them to see what they do. As to what they do to test depends on the game.

She was still sleeping when her character was teleported,so she did nothing there...
just when she got up she found she has been there and the Server was down

That unknown place she's never been in before was probably the Isya Prison, where GMs give evil doers their punishment; imprisonment. Thats just a tad guess though. :D

And, no one said about goldfarming, wonder why you've had to explain to us that shes done none of those. As it's very common for guilty-party to claim that s/he's innocent of something before being charged of something.

Well instead of continually posting "GMs please help us". Why not try actually PMing (Private Messaging) a GM instead? It saves cluttering up the forums and also puts you in direct contact with the GMs. They don't always read every forum post out there. :)

I don't think I have explained something.About the goldfamer,I think they should be blocked because we don't like them either. They are just play for money not play for fun.

Now I wonder why you are thinking about that.We just want to know what we did wrong.Or there was something make a mistake.

Something completely random but true:
Hell, I've screenshots for a legion of botters. Reason why I don't report them is because my identity in-game is very.. confidential. No reason, just keeping a low profile. I can anytime edit the screenshots to remove my character name and etc but GMs doesnt accept edited screenshots. Few 24/7 botters names are Kunely, Creealy, other 007 people and.. other gibberish names.

I have to say,you have a strong imagination.Or at first,you didn't see what I have said at all.Others are friendly and want to help us to find that anything wrong,BUT ONLY YOU just see that only one sentence and thinking the things yourself.
This is my explanation,it's the first time also the last time,only for you!
I said NOT that means maybe anything made a mistake.
