Is it possible to sell beauty shop things and clothing or is do you only get it if you buy it?

If you mean buying cash shop items then selling them in your vendor in game, no you cannot do that. You can gift cash shop items to people, but the money will come out of your wallet. And you cannot gift cash shop items for money in game either. If you do try to sell cash shop items in game, you can lose your account.
:3 Best just to enjoy them for yourself.
