Ratios...

Hello all, new here to the game so be nice ^^

Anywhos, I have a question regarding the definition of "Ratios". I know what it means in general, but in this game, when people say a 1:3 Ratio for STR:END (for example) do they mean the ratio of the TOTAL for STR and END or the (+X) for STR and END?

So far i thought they meant the + Ratio

That's what I'm thinking so far, because keeping the ratio of the TOTAL is too much since they rise more rapidly.

They mean the ratio of the additional points, because thats the only ratio players can change with their point expenditure.

EDIT: Wait... people can redistribute skill points? Is this a Fiesta Shop item or something you can do in-game?
