HELP! I cannot log in!

I cannot log into the game for some reason, please help me. When i log into the game the main game screen comes up and says "Connection to servers has failed". What can be the cause of this issue?

faulty patch, just reinstall the game. your account is NOT stolen.

You could have your firewall turned on, which may cause you to have problems with loading fiesta. Try turning it off and see if that works.

EDIT: reinstall the game as a last option only, many people have had this problem nd have worked it out without having to reinstall the game. It is in fact usually, but not always, the firewall on your pc.
