is it ok if the luncher is cheking a updates do long? and this is the ouspark.exe note pad files..

This issue is due to your PC timing out while attempting to connect to our servers... Please try connecting at a later time. Also you may want to have your home network checked out. There may be a issue with your network. The .py is a time out issue.
