FPS Problem

Ever since I ran the game for the first time, it was in window mode and it probably went at 0.5 FPS for some reason, I beared with it and in game I switched to full screen, this immediate seemed to have great effect.

Although the problem I have now probably 2/3 of the time Im playing I stil have very bad FPS. I would probably say 3-5FPS.
All my other games work fine and Im not aware of any problems with my graphics card such as over heating.
Its extremely irritating playing with this type of FPS, would anyone have a solution to this?

This issue seems isolated to your PC. I also run the game in both mode windowed and full, and have never experienced this issue.

Is this issue only happening when you first start the game or after you have been in game for a while?

Please make sure that you are within the minimum systems requirements...

Thanks for the reply, this problem happens from the very start of the loading screen.With playing loading, it will permanently stay at something like 0.1fps, you can actually see the frame slowly refreshing. And while in fullscreen, there does not seem to be a certain time I am playing, it just occurs as an estimate 2/3 the time of my gameplay, it stays at maybe 3-5fps(sometimes gets near to the point of freezing).
I am certain I am well within the requirements for the game.
For the specifications that count I have:
Radeon X800 - 512MB Graphics card
3.2Ghz Core Duo CPU
3.5GB RAM
Currently 88GB remaining on my Hard drive

One additional peice of information I can add is that, when I do not move the FPS seems to be fine. It only starts to occur as I control my character and start moving. I have asked several friends that play, and I do not seem to be the only person experiencing this problem.
