It may be your graphic card. I've heard people having this problem but I don't know if/how they fixed it. Try up dating the drivers and if that doesn't work, try reinstalling the game.

i see my driver it's good, i lauch the game yet, no text, no names. after,
i reinstall the game too, but nothing happened. it's the same problem .no names, no text.
do you think that i can lvl up without quest?
help me please.
