can someone tell me in-game where to buy the hp regeneration (tier 1) learning scroll?:)

Ruby sells that recipe....just on another page of items she carries. at the bottom of her store applet is an arrow pointing left and an arrow pointing right....click the right arrow to go to the next page of recipes. I think the HP regen potion is sold on the third page. Requires Potion Making skill of 150 to GET the recipe and make use of it.
