How do i make the screen smaller?

i used to play this game but i restored my comp (and i quit a few times) back then i could make the screen only take up half of the screen and it was moveable but now i can't make it any smaller than the full screen can anyone tell me how i can fix this?

ESC - Graphic Settings

Make sure the bulb after 'Window Mode' is off, and the smallest resolution is 1024x768.

It's also possible you changed your own screensize so that 1024x768 used to take up half your screen and is now taking up the whole screen.

1024x768 is the only option I have at resolution.
I've spend about 2 hours a few weeks ago trying to have fiesta playing in a small window until it drived me crazy @_@

You can choose a bigger size too :P

But yeah, I'd love an option for a smaller screen too. It saves a lot of lag on slower computers to have a smaller gamewindow...

it used to let u have it smaller Dx why did they take out the resolution -.-...i get bored playing fiesta (no offense to all of those fiesta addicts) i mean i play fiesta as much as i can but i usually watch anime when im playing so that i can listen to it (i dun like the radio) and watch it at times....fiesta is to boring to play plain for me =/
