25SPR, Rest INT. Add max cooldown on your Magic Missle. Save rest until level 49, add max damage/cooldown to Magic Blast. Save rest until level 60 and add max damage/cooldown on Nova, and max duration/CD on Fear, save rest until level 66 and do max cooldown/damage on Inferno.
