okay i know i already put this in the bug reporting thing but who the hell cares!
i cant do anythign i was messing with the setting and the frame disapeared and i cant get it back i pressed all the buttons on my key board.

I think I can help you. If I understood correctly...
Press ESC and click 'game settings' click default and then apply.
Your frames should be all back the way they were before.
