Mysterious photos hidden in our patch!

Hello fiestaians. It has been brought to my attention that 6 rather strange photos were placed onto our computers by one of the patches used to update Fiesta.


Go to your Outspark\Fiesta folder, and look under the "resmenu" folder. If you're in the right spot, there will be a file called "aaa.zip" there. Some people, however, do not have this file. (Only one has said she didn't have it, though...)

Extract it, and take a look at the photos.


How do you suppose these ended up in OUR fiesta? D: Was some file accidently tossed into the patch by a patchmaker? was it a purposeful prank? The file says edited 11/10/08, about the time of the turkey patch?


If this involves "modifying the game files", a moderator can close this topic and send it to the abyss called necro'd threads.


I just thought it'd be a fun/entertaining/strange to share.

I cannot advise anyone to physically remove them, although I have no idea as to why they are there. I'll be talking to admin later. Granted, they are benign, but I'd rather nothing non Fiesta-related be in the patches at all. As it should be.

On another note, how were these found? Why are people digging around in their Fiesta folders anyway? This thread MAY have to be deleted if it is directing people into their file folders. I have a PM to Joker... we'll see. Until then, I recommend you all leave it alone. The images are posted on Fiestafan so if you HAVE to see them, go there, not messing around in your folders.

The zipped file that included photos was a mistake by one of the developers. These files are not needed for Fiesta, you can safely delete them.
