Making the First Job Advancement

Requirements:
* Level 16
* Required stats for each class *see below
* 4 Pieces of Jureah's Pendant
Training
Train your character in the areas just outside of Brynhild until level 13. Afterwards, try traveling even further for more powerful monsters and faster results. If you are the questing type, there are a few easy quests available from the NPCs around Brynhild which will get you EXP and Kron. For a list of quests and their level requirements, visit SOS Guardian.
Jureah's Pendant
Before you can make the job advancement, be sure to collect all 4 pieces of Jureah's pendant. They are dropped by the monsters in Brynhild Trisects, and the surrounding area.
I found the monsters that dropped them the most were Slimes and Gelly's (of any colour).
If you don't feel like hunting for the pendant (I always seem to have trouble collecting my last one), you can usually find someone willing to sell you them in Arcarina's Square. Beware prices though, I've seen as low as 50Kron, and as high as 450Kron. Price also usually varies by the piece you are looking for, with piece 1 being the cheapest.
Where to Go?
Once you have achieved level 16, make your way back into Brynhild.
Speak with Reinmoth (in the center of Brynhild, use your minimap) and hand over Jureah's Pendant pieces. Speak with her again and she will teleport you to the job instructor that you choose.
Required Stats
While you are training, you should have been putting all of your points into POW. This was done to increase you attacking power.
When you go for your job advancement, the instructor will tell you what stats you need, and also give the option to reset them. You will need to reset them, and then apply your points to the stats that the instructor says.
Fighter: 13 - POW, 2 - AGI - 2 STA
Rogue: 13 AGI - 3 POW - 4 STA
Acolyte: 3 - POW, 8 - INT, 3 - AGI, 4 - STA, 6 - WIS
Magician: 3 POW - 12 INT - 4 WIS - 3 STA
Congratulations!
You have now made the first job advancement, gotten some new gear and some new powers. Now is the time to continue training and take on some new quests. Visit SOS Guardian for more quest information, and have fun!
