Crimson, I have two characters who have the same problem.
Relogging didn't seem to help.
Moving to a different location didn't seem to help.

Today I had a shop with a name. I closed the shop and reopened it, and got the error message "Please enter a correct name."

The name I was trying to use today was "Apples and Jewelry."

I can open the store with no name, but I know it is more efficient if I say what I am selling.

Does anyone have a fix for this? Thx!

Crimson, I don't seem to have that problem anymore, so I hope the gods of luck have smiled on us (or some patch fixed the problem, but I like my description better)

Chaos, we had no trouble buying or selling. We just could not name our shops.

I had this happen to me two days ago. Tried the name "Low level jewelry" and it gave me that msg. No idea what the problem was.

Now when I open my vendor my fiesta shuts down what is the problem. I would have a new topic but I can't make one yet. I tried to sell a few things I opened my vendor within a minute the app shut down

sounds like the buffer overrun bug that a number of us have been having as of late

I was having trouble naming my shop today, and I *think* if you type the store name before you add the items, it works. Empirical evidence based on only 2 samples, but it's worth a try.

Thank you Sparkle, so far it seems your correct, I also have a thought that maybe the word "Jewelery" is bugged so its an incorrect name. I'll test it out later and tell you.

So far it always works when I name my store before I add items. Also, per a different thread, vendors near the Smith/Title Merchant in Roumen seem to have the buffer overflow problem. Try moving your shop to a different location.

I believe the answer is in the name you all are using.

"Jewelry" as in "Jew". I have a feeling a name filter may have been added in to the shop names to prevent people being vulgar or hateful in the shop names.
