The only way a GM will change your name is if it violates TOS. If it's just because you want a new name they cannot help you.

because i see all the people with stuff like (my name is 'mrcrowley' in the game) MrCrowley i would like to do something like that with my name
i also want to know if there is anyway to contact gm and what good can they do for us
i am relitivly new so i would like to know what they can do because i have heard so much about them so...???
and another thing i have been wondering what is this closed beta server for s.o.s.???

As for changing from mrcrowley to MrCrowley, I don't think they'll be able to help you but you never know until you try. Go ahead and contact them in the above link.

As for SoS Beta, its best to ask about it there rather than Fiesta as it will get you more knowledged replies.
