Error Logging Into The Game?

Hi, I keep getting this error code 401, it says "Unauthorized 401", please check your username and password and that you have the latest Outspark Software, but the funny thing is that my friend is able to log in and start the game, using his account?

Can you help me with this, thanks...

The reason for this error message is most likely caused by trouble with your Internet connection to our login servers. There may be an issue with your Internet speed caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). I would suggest trying to connect at another time, and/or contacting your network administrator/ISP to make sure that your Internet connection is working properly. Also, you should check on the following and be sure that you are:

1. You are not accessing via a proxy
2. Your Internet connection is stable and consistent
3. Any firewall(s) you are running are disabled

We are well aware of the numerous connection issues reported by users regarding logging in since the most recent patch. If you are receiving the “401 Error,” it means that your username/password failed; OR that you are running an old unsupported closed beta. I assure you that our Development Team is currently looking into the matter.

I too have the same 401 error.

Using the same computer and same client, my fiance can log in, but i cannot.

very very weird and incrediably frustrating.

i have the same problem... my sister can log-in, in the same computer right after i couldnt log in :confused:

It's not a connection or firewall issue or you wouldn't be able to log in on the same computer. but I agree it is incredibly frustrating I can't log in either. the support team needs to get on this asap.

Yeah, I can login and everything... but the screen is black. my cursor changes and I hear music. Do I not have the right settings?

But i have consistent internet connection and my firewall is off, not using router or proxy.
