Cannot open Kingdom quest

Hi all,

I'm new to the game. I'm level 12 and my friend told me to join a kingdom quest and he say talk to that NPC and click kingdom quest. then i selected the kingdom quest he was participating in it and i clicked participate.
Nothing happened and i noticed that i got an error message on the bottom right corner. "cannot find kingdom quest"

I tried searching if there is a thread talking about this issues on the forum. but didn't get any hits.

Please if you know anything about this please help.

I had no problem finding many in the Search feature.

ohh sorry i did a search with the word "the" that changed everything.
