When the Outspark Launcher popped up, it will only say that it's loading, and at the bottom of the page, it says that it's "Cleaning up." What went wrong? I'd like it mentioned that I suck at transfiguring computer stuff, and fixing it. If it's something that I'm missing, just tell me to delete it, how to, and what to add. It works better that way, trust me.
Okay, I tried again, and this is what it says went wrong. It says that it could not find the apps.conf file. It won't apply the "patch" or whatever that is without it. What do I do to get that, meaning the apps.conf file, on there?
