Yes well i have been playing fiesta and decided to get SparkCash. After the third time of trying to get cash and having the message wrong credit card number. I recived a message "the Application is not available at the moment"
At that point I was not very happy. I checked my balance of the credit card and had 0.91 Cents, and absolutly no SparkCash. Now this Irks me... Please help solve this problem.
