I need help finding out my Graphic Driver

i have all of the other requrments for this game but i want to be sure about the Graphic drivers i know its Geforce but i dont know what verson can someone tell me where to click to find out....

I want to be ready for this game...

My computer> right click> Manage > Device manager > Display adapters/video card

it says NVIDIA Geforce MX 4000 then another with NVIDIA Geforce 6100?so will that work
