that's not bypassing filter, that's exploiting a flaw in the filter. whether it was concious or unconcious, one cannot tell merely by that pciture.
he didn't mispell "****" or put a space in it or anything, he just spelled ****. now if he had replaced the i with a ! or something, that would be bypassing.
