OK , LETS START HERE,,I was killed 3 tiomes today in uruga by the same person ,pulling mobs into town ,all the way up beside smith hans, she is a archer and has been doing this sort of thing for a good while now!! I know because I my self have sent in screens of her doing this( pulling trains into town)for the purpose of killing venders my the heck is nuthing being done about this? if I was to buy gold ,blacklist or curse in game I would or could be banned ,, whats the difference? last time I looked training was against the rules and a bannable offence,,please GM's do your job ty

she needs the perma ban hammer or like a month ban hammer,shes been doing this fora while,ive only known about it for about 2 months (when i started) but itseems like shes been around for long

The GMs and CSRs do their job and they do it well. However, due to their business responsibilities they can't be on 24/7 to monitor people. This is where player reports come into play.

By submitting a ticket to a CSR including a SS and an accurate description of what happened you are helping the CSRs keep the game friendly and fun. They cannot take action on something they didn't see unless someone submits a ticket with a ss proving that the person was violating the ToS.

So, next time this happens take a SS and send it to OS. They'll take it from there. :)

ty very much for your input Celtic, But that has been done several times ,, with no results as of yet ,, I'm not new to the way things get done here,just seems if your the right person (capped player) or in the right guild you can get away with alot of things in this game ,but don't get caught buying 3rd party stuff !! that ban will happen fast!!

you wanna make the game more fun for everyone take the bad player out of it, so the good ones feel more like spending that money at OS,you know it don't take many bad people to ruin a game for alot of people,, pay more attention to those tickets that get turned in, this problem should have been taken care of 2 months ago when it started... ty

It's not always that easy, trippy1. I often wish it were. I can assure you, however, as Celtic has said, if sufficient evidence is presented to OS they will issue a warning. If that warnings not heeded, they will jail the player. If that doesn't work they may ban them for a while.. A lot of times, the punishment goes on behind the scenes.

Let's try this: if you are in the game and notice it happening, come here and see if a CL is online. If one of us is, contact us and we'll try to get a GM or someone in the game and witness it themselves.

I can not make any guarantees this will be successful, but it is an option.
